Boundary Pressure Limiting Valves
BPLV Function
The Boundary Pressure Limiting Valve has been developed to limit the water pressure to a domestic dwelling to a maximum of 500 kPa. When the water supply is flowing the Boundary Pressure Limiting Valve will allow a full flow through the downstream pipe work.
When all the downstream taps are isolated the Boundary Pressure Limiting Valve will control the static pressure to a maximum of 500 kPa.
